Yennadon, in north-central Maple Ridge, is farmland on the approach to Golden Ears Provincial Park, with Maple Ridge Park and WildPlay Element Park close by. Harris Road is the civic and shopping spine of Pitt Meadows, from Lougheed Highway south to Fraser Way. It passes City Hall, the Family Recreation Centre and the West Coast Express station. The City's 2023 plan names it a main place for new commercial space. The CPKC rail crossing blocks the road about 3.5 hours a day on average. The Lougheed Highway strip in Pitt Meadows, including Meadowtown Shopping Centre, has older commercial sites that the City's 2023 plan flags for possible redevelopment. It got initial readings on September 1, 2026, and a public hearing was set for September 22. If a lease renewal lands during these changes, clear books and a written plan make that call easier.

Golden Ears Business Park is Onni's 189-acre park on the Fraser River between Harris Road and Airport Way, zoned light industrial with warehouse, office and retail space. The City says it supplied essentially all of Pitt Meadows' new employment space in recent years. Katzie First Nation's Eagle Meadows Logistics Park and CPKC's Vancouver Intermodal Facility are nearby. Pitt Meadows Regional Airport, run by a not-for-profit society, has three active runways, a water aerodrome and airport-of-entry status for international general aviation.
