Since the Second World War, its commercial focus has been the Clearbrook Road and South Fraser Way intersection. The UDistrict covers about 126 hectares around the University of the Fraser Valley's Abbotsford campus, which is UFV's largest. It also holds Rogers Forum on King Road, the 7,000-seat home of the Abbotsford Canucks. The neighbourhood plan calls for denser retail, housing and jobs around McCallum and King Roads.
