Summary
Executive coaching is confidential, one-to-one work with the person who carries the final call — the owner, founder or senior manager. It sharpens the decisions only you can make: delegation, hiring and firing, difficult conversations, and how your week is actually spent. Offered in person across the Lower Mainland and online across Canada.
The Job at the Top Is Different
Once a business passes a handful of staff, the owner’s job quietly changes from doing the work to deciding the work — and nobody trains you for that. Executive coaching deals with the problems that only exist at the top: the manager you promoted who is not working out, the partner conversation you have been avoiding, the growth decision that would be obvious if it were not your own money. Sessions are private, direct and grounded in what is actually happening in your company, not in leadership theory.
What We Work On
The recurring themes are delegation that survives contact with a busy week, building a management layer so everything stops routing through you, pay and accountability conversations that are fair and clear, and calendar discipline — moving your time from the work anyone could do to the work only you can do. Progress is measured in observable changes: decisions made faster, meetings that end with owners and dates, and an inbox that no longer sets your agenda.
Format and Confidentiality
Engagements run as scheduled one-to-one sessions, in person from our Langley office for Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley executives, or by video anywhere in Canada. Everything discussed stays in the room — that is a condition of the work being useful, because the sessions only help if you can say the quiet parts out loud. Between sessions you have direct access for the decisions that cannot wait two weeks.
FAQ
Who is executive coaching for?
Owners, founders and senior managers who make the final decisions in a business — usually once the company has a team and the hardest problems are people and priorities, not tasks.
How is it different from business coaching?
Business coaching works on the company — pricing, cash flow, operations. Executive coaching works on the decision-maker: judgement, delegation, difficult conversations and use of time.
Is executive coaching confidential?
Yes, without exception. Sessions are one-to-one and nothing is shared with your team, partners or board unless you choose to share it yourself.
Where do sessions take place?
In person from our Langley, BC office for Lower Mainland clients, or by video across BC and the rest of Canada. Cadence is typically every one to two weeks.
