I do the work myself, from the first look at your business to the finished tool. Every project starts with a $497 System Audit, and that fee comes off the build if you go ahead.
What I build
Tools that save you time and money, or bring in more work. Here is what that can look like:
- Online booking and payment. Customers book on your website and pay a deposit or the full amount. You get an email with the new job and the time they asked for. They get a receipt and a confirmation by email and text.
- Invoices that go into QuickBooks by themselves. The balance is charged after the job, and repeat jobs go back on the schedule.
- More Google reviews. After each job, the customer is asked if they were happy. Happy customers are sent to Google to leave a review. If they were not happy, their message comes to you instead, so you can fix it.
- One tool instead of a pile of apps. The scheduling, CRM and quoting apps you pay for every month, replaced by one tool built around how you work.
- AI that answers calls, texts and emails. It follows up leads and books appointments, so new customers are not left waiting while you are on a job.
Less busywork for you and your team
Most of this replaces work someone does by hand today: typing jobs into a calendar, copying invoices into the books, chasing reviews, answering the same questions and following up quotes. I look at how the work moves through your business, then build the steps a computer can do, so your people only handle the parts that need a person. Where staff still do a task, I can write it down as a simple checklist too.
Is it worth it for my business?
It depends on how your business runs today, so I do not promise a return before I have seen it. In the audit I look at where your time and money go, which apps you pay for, and where jobs or leads slip away. Then you get my recommendations in writing, and you decide what, if anything, to build.

- $497, one flat fee, tax included. You pay online, in your own currency.
- About 3 hours with me. You show me on screen, or tell me, how you work now, and I take notes.
- A written 90-day action plan with my recommendations. It is yours to keep.
- The $497 is credited in full if you have me build it.
- A simple start, the audit and a basic website, is covered by the $497.
- A full refund if I find your business cannot be audited.
After you pay, I get in touch to set up the audit.
What a build costs
Building is $100 an hour, and the $497 audit fee comes off that invoice. You choose how little or how much. A bigger system, with booking, payments, QuickBooks, email and reviews all joined up, easily takes 30 to 40 hours or more. Clients who have me build for them usually spend between 10 and 100 hours.
Websites and Google, too
New tools work best with a website that brings people in. I also build websites and set up Google Business Profiles. Hosting is $25 a month plus GST, and I watch the site and keep it running. More on that under sales and marketing.

Questions
Do I need to use QuickBooks?
No. For a business already on QuickBooks, invoices go in by themselves. If you use other accounting software, I look at it in the audit.
Can you replace the apps I pay for every month?
Yes, that is one of the things I build: your scheduling, CRM and quoting in one tool built around how you work. The audit shows which apps are worth replacing.
How much will it save me?
I can say more after the audit, once I have seen how your business works. Nothing is promised before then.
What if my business cannot be audited?
You get a full refund.
Do you work with businesses outside BC?
Yes. The audit happens on screen, so I work with businesses across Canada and the US.
